Toby Boyles

Baker Roofing Company

Toby Boyles, Vice President of Baker Roofing Company, oversees the company’s IT, Fleet, Facilities and Warehouse Management.  Toby is an IT person by trade, after graduating from college with a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.  He began working in Healthcare IT until joining Baker Roofing in 2006.  Throughout his tenure with Baker, his job duties have grown to management of other areas of the Baker Roofing business.  He strives to use technology to improve business processes where appropriate and has been managing the Baker fleet (over 600 vehicles) since 2007. As a father of four, he spends his spare time with his family.  He serves on Baker’s Wellness committee and enjoys spending time in the Baker gym.

Matt Dowd
Enterprise Fleet Management

As a Finance Director for Enterprise Fleet Management, Matt helps his clients make well-informed fleet decisions.  This includes lowering costs through analyzing vehicle cycles and trends, determining what types of vehicles are right for their specific business needs and how long to hold them, and securing financing. He currently manages over 16,000 vehicles out of the North Carolina office, serving 300+ clients. He has 21 years of experience working at Enterprise and has over 15 years in the Fleet Management division. He has a degree in Physics and Accounting from Lynchburg College and the University of Maryland, and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jon Keller
Merchants Fleet Management

As Director of East Sales, Jon is responsible for a team of sales representatives. He thrives on the challenge of building organizations that meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals and objectives. Jon is located in the Virginia area, and has been with Merchants for over two years. He comes to Merchants with over 16 years of experience in sales.
