Topic: Sales Tax Update

Sales tax on repair, maintenance, and installation services continues to cause confusion for contractors, services providers, and customers.  We will discuss this new tax with the goal of eliminating some of the confusion surrounding these complex requirements.  The class will focus on interpreting the statute and Department of Revenue directives to minimize potential exposure.
